Meatless Monday

I have decided to adopt the Meatless Monday mentality. Meatless Monday is an international movement to help reduce meat consumption to improve personal health and the health of the planet. Going meatless once a week may reduce your risk of preventable conditions like cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and obesity. It can also help reduce your carbon footprint and save precious resources like fresh water and fossil fuel.

So what’s it have to do with me?
