Blueberry, Banana and Kale Smoothie

This smoothie was one I actually created myself by trial and error. I finally got the mixture down and it’s delicious. It’s packed full of energy and leafy greens and the best part is, it doesn’t have the crazy green color that freaks most people out. I’ve only been able to tolerate a few green smoothies because they are just so over-powerful. But this one is and it’s perfect for a quick breakfast, after a workout, or just an afternoon snack.

Tip: Freeze your blueberries and bananas for a thicker smoothie.

I’m definitely looking forward to summer. I’ll be making one of these every day!
